The hotel was quite luxurious and spacious, with clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Although the staff was very friendly and helpful in changing our room after we complained, some aspects of our stay could definitely be improved. The location was reasonably nice, being a short walk from the city center, but the area looked a bit shabby. The dining options for breakfast were average, which was not ideal considering we were at a resort.
